    A2, Free shipping over $89. For orders under $89, you'll have to pay $9.99 as shipping fees.

    Q3, Can I get the package faster?
    A3, We do provide two types of shipping, one is the standard shipping(9.99 extra fees), which will take 8-14 business days to get there! Another one is expedited DHL shipping( 30.99 extra fees) which will take 5-7 days to get there! And you can choose the shipping ways in the checkout.

    Q4, Do you ship worldwide?
    A4, Yes! If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.

    A5, Our company headquarter located in CN. Our package will be shipped to the US by DHL, when it arrived in the US, it will be shipped by local USPS.

    Q2, why can't I upload the picture?
    A2, It will turn out worse if the picture is not clear enough. Please ensure that your picture is clear enough.

    Q3, Why is my picture is colorful when I upload it on the engraved wallet?
    A3, Because the details will be more clear with a colorful picture. Don't worry, our professional staff will modify your picture then engrave it on the wallet. Just like the image we showed.

                             ABOUT PAYMENT

    Q1, What methods of payment do you accept?
    A1, We accept two payment methods including PayPal, credit cards. We are unable to accept payment via cash on delivery or bank transfer. You can select your payment method once you proceed to checkout.

    Q2, My payment failed.
    A2, Credit card payments fail for the following reasons: insufficient funds; purchase not authorized by the card owner; incorrect account/billing details; or expired credit card. If none of these issues apply, please try  PayPal  first or contact our customer service. We will help you!

    Q3, What is your refund policy
    A3, Refunds are processed within 24 hours after you received confirmation of the cancelation. The amount of time it takes for the refund to show on your credit card or PayPal account depends on the policies of these institutions.

                             ABOUT ORDER

    Q1, What is your change/cancellation policy?
    A1, We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just fill in the Contact Form below as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.

    For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of $9 customization fee per item because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

    If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

    Q2, How can I track my order?
    A2, You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is sent out, then just click the tracking id number.

    Q3, What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?
    A4, This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may get closer to you. Please wait for 2-3 days. If it still doesn't update, please contact us.
